Payment Options
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion at the end of each doctor visit. Prior your visit you will know well in advance how much each service will cost so there will be no surprises or hidden charges. Our personalized pay as you go affordable care does not lock you into any long-term contracts with any commitments and you may discontinue treatment at anytime for private pay patients.
We are currently not accepting Medicare or Medicaid patients. Presently accepting BlueCross and BlueShield PPO patients. All insurance claims will be billed accordingly.
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, and most Major Credit Cards, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
