The first contact will be a free, no obligation consultation to establish if you are a candidate for chiropractic care and this will usually be over the phone. If it is determined that treatment will be right for you, then you may schedule an appointment at that time for your very first visit. Moreover, you may discuss our fees as it relates to the treatment you will be receiving.
Prior your initial visit, please click on to the Patient Forms tab under the New Patients button on our web site, download and fill out the forms provided in their entirety to minimize the amount of time required for your first office visit. It is very important to bring these forms along at the time of your visit to avoid delay in treatment.
